CUPs Coffeehouse & Kitchen

Coffee and Catering With a Cause in Baltimore

In Partnership with Episcopal Community Services of Maryland's Community Kitchen

Our Purpose

CUPs (Creating Unlimited Possibilities) got its start from a passion and a problem -- a passion for great, fresh-brewed coffee and helping young people realize their full potential, and the problem that neither was easily available in the Hollins Market neighborhood where Holly and Brian Gray live. They created CUPs Coffeehouse as an answer for both.

CUPs Coffeehouse has partnered with Episcopal Community Services of Maryland (ECSM) to bring full menu and catering service to our loyal customers and new friends throughout Baltimore City. Through ECSM’s Community Kitchen, CC&K has a mission to provide local employment opportunities, job training, and excellent, affordable catering for all occasions.

CC&K dedicated to providing quality catering and changing lives in our community. The mission that drives CC&K is to empower individuals seeking better opportunities to be financially independent and leaders in their families and communities.

At CC&K, we believe that without additional opportunities to gain necessary job, communication, and life skills, a legacy of unemployment, insufficient income levels, above-average arrest rates, and parental absenteeism will continue. Job opportunities must be made accessible to people who want to want to break these cycles, in an environment focused on training and developing practical job and life skills that are transferable to any career or life circumstance.

As CC&K associates, participants receive direct training and mentoring. They gain the experience, technical and social skills necessary in the restaurant and food service industry.

Every time you order CC&K coffee or catering, you are supporting our mission to change lives in our community!
